What’s New in 2026?

As the Campground Owners Expo enters its sixth year, we’re introducing an updated pricing structure designed to keep COE accessible, flexible, and valuable for campground owners of all sizes.

Our goal is simple:
✔ Support small and independent parks
✔ Reflect the full value each attendee receives
✔ Create a sustainable model that allows COE to continue improving year after year

COE registration is now offered on a per-person basis ($129 per person).

This allows campgrounds to register exactly the number of attendees they plan to bring — without paying for unused spots — while ensuring every attendee receives the full COE experience.

Introducing COE Advantage

To pair with the new pricing structure, we’re launching COE Advantage — an optional, year-round value and savings program for campground owners.

COE Advantage is designed to complement state and national campground associations by focusing on education, connection, and practical benefits beyond the Expo itself.

The cost is $199 per year, per park. What’s included:

  • One complimentary COE registration – Valid for the same year as enrollment
  • Discounted COE registrations – Additional attendees from your park register for $99 per person
  • Access to Hospitality Connections benefits – Including national discounts available to campground owners

Who COE Advantage Is For:

  • Small & Independent Parks – Pay only for the number of attendees you bring and gain access to national discount programs.
  • Larger Teams – Enjoy predictable per-person pricing and savings through COE Advantage preferred rates.
  • Parks Without a State Association – COE Advantage provides an additional avenue for education, connection, and industry savings where local resources may be limited.

Working Together as an Industry

COE Advantage is not a replacement for state or national associations. We strongly encourage campground owners to remain engaged at every level of the industry. When COE, state associations, and national organizations work together, we create stronger campgrounds — and better guest experiences across the industry.

As always, we are committed to providing attendees from parks of all sizes with the best possible value for the money they spend to attend COE. All COE registrations include three and a half days of programming featuring nearly 50 education sessions, designed to provide practical, actionable insights for campground owners and operators. Attendees also gain access to countless networking opportunities, a top-notch expo hall showcasing the products and services campground owners need and want for their parks, and several hosted meals and events, including an Opening Morning Kickoff Breakfast, a Welcome Reception Dinner on the first evening, expo-floor appetizers, and additional food and hospitality throughout the event.

Who We Are

The Campground Owners Expo (COE), owned by Severson & Associates, a Management, Training and Consulting firm, was formed to give campground owners numerous networking opportunities. Lori Severson, Owner of Severson & Associates and Bud Styer, from Bud Styer Associates, Camping for the Fun of It, have successfully participated in hundreds of shows with a combined 50 years of industry, campground association, and trade show experience!

To provide you with the information and knowledge we have acquired for campgrounds around the USA. Whether you already have a State Association and need help growing it or don’t yet have an association in your State, participate in the COE and network with other campground owners who want to take their business to the next level! You’ll find an inviting environment with forward thinking campground owners just like you who are looking to improve their bottom line! We will help you grow your business.

Lodging Information

Our event and group lodging block is located at the Hilton Branson Convention Center. Located in historic downtown Branson, connected to the Branson Convention Center. Shops and restaurants at Branson Landing are just across the street, and it’s less than 15 minutes from the Titanic Museum and Branson Hills Golf Club. The hotel features golf packages, both an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, and spectacular views of Lake Taneycomo.
