ATTENTION CAMPGROUND OWNERS AND EXHIBITORS!
After some very valuable feedback from both our campground owner attendees and our expo exhibitors, as well as suggestions from our show sponsors during our 2022 post-show survey, we have made some changes to the schedule of events for COE 2023! And our hope is that these changes help everyone get the most out of their COE experience!
In 2021, we held our expo on Thursday and Friday. Then, in 2022, our expo was on Friday and Saturday.
So in 2023, we are trying something new again! This year, our expo will be held on the front-end of our event, on Wednesday and Thursday! We know that many of our campground owner attendees come from campgrounds near Branson that are open during the show, so they need to be back in their parks on the weekend. And we also know our exhibitors value their home time with their families as well. So in making this change, we hope that we can help everyone to maximize their COE experience and walk away feeling like it was time well spent!
Full schedule details will be releasing in the near future, but for now, here is an overview of what the new schedule will look like!
Tuesday November 28
- Exhibitors: Expo hall open for set-up open from 8:00am to 5:00pm – Booths must be ready by 12:00pm on Wednesday 11/29!
- Campground Owners: Early event check-in from 5-7pm
Wednesday November 29 – Education/Expo/Program Day
- Exhibitors: Expo hall open for set-up open from 8:00am to 12:00pm
- Campground Owners:
- 8:00 to 8:30a – Welcome/Opening Session
- 9:00a to 12:30p – Educational Seminars
- Exhibitors & Campground Owners: 12:30 to 4:30p – Expo Hall Open
- Exhibitors & Campground Owners: 4:30 – 6:30p – Evening Program/Dinner (Dinner included with your registration!)
Thursday November 30 – Expo/Education Day
- Exhibitors & Campground Owners: 8:00a to Noon – Expo Hall Open
- Exhibitors: Booth teardown can begin at 12:00pm – no early teardowns please!
- Exhibitors & Campground Owners: 12:30- 1:30p – Ticketed Lunch & Learn Session in Ballroom (Details coming soon!)
- 1:30p – Event done for the day – this is a great opportunity for additional networking, or exploring Branson, etc. Some State Association meetings will also be held this afternoon. More details on this coming soon!
Friday December 1 – Full Education/Networking Day
- 9:00a to 12:30p – Educational Seminars
- 12:30 – 2:30p – Break – use this time to grab a networking lunch with peers, take a rest or explore Branson Landing across the street from the convention center!
- 3:00 – 5:00p – Facilitated Networking Event – End of event drawings held at this event.
Saturday December 2 – Half Education/Wrap-Up Day
- 9:00 to 11:15a – Educational Seminars
- 11:30a to 12:30p – Event Wrap-up Session
- 12:30p – 2023 COE concludes!

We are so excited to be back in Branson, MO this year! The dates are November 29 – December 2, 2023! Last year, we hosted over 600 attendees! That number included owners/managers from nearly 200 campgrounds in 28 different states, and over 100 exhibitors from all over the country!
We are looking forward to welcoming back those who have joined us in our first two years, and those who will be joining us for the first time for an even BIGGER turnout in 2023!
